The apartment is in a former 17th century Palazzo and is right next to the famous Place Rossetti. From the apartment's balcony, you can enjoy the suns rays glistening upon the colourful dome of the cathedral. This beautiful studio apartment is spacious so there is plenty of room to open out the comfortable leather sofa bed. The studio sits on the quiet west side overlooking Ruelle Halle aux Herbes. There is a private changing area with a dressing table/desk, large mirror, and clothes rail. There is a good quality leather sofa bed, glass coffee table, flat-screen television (cable channels including English speaking news channels), Wi-Fi and a radio. Beautiful shower room with modern fitted shower, toilet, glass wash basin and wash stand. The contemporary and well equipped kitchen with solid oak counter tops, leads out onto French doors and a small balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic four-ring electric hob, full sized fan-assisted oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

The tram stops at the top of the street and can take you to the railway station in minutes. The pedestrian zone and commercial centre of Nice is just a stroll across Place Massena. The scenic Port area with its antiques quarter and boat trips is a ten minute walk away.

  • All prices include 'meet and greet' on arrival, cleaning and emergency contact during your stay. Longer and shorter stays can be negotiated so please inquire. An initial deposit of 1/4 the price is required to book the apartment. This can be paid via credit card. Arrival and departure days are flexible.
    We can provide freshly pressed Egyptian cotton linen and premium quality towels at £15 per person. The towels consist of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person. This charge is what our professional laundry service charges us. We do not make a profit from linen. Guests are more than welcome to provide their own linen.
