The Vila Arade Condominium is new (2008), private and quiet, located 500 metres from the Portimao riverside area and 1.3 Km from Praia da Rocha. The condominium includes grounds with swimming pool for adults, splash pool for children and lawns. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an east facing balcony which enjoys magnificent views over the river Arade. These vistas include the marinas and the town of Ferragudo on the opposite bank. The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. There is a TV, DVD player, music centre and Internet for clients' indoor entertainment. It has air conditioning and a parking space is available in the condominium garage. Owing to its excellent location, guests can easily access and walk along the riverside promenade of Portimao (where many events are staged in summer) and also visit the variety of local restaurants, pastry shops and ice cream parlours.

Condominium Facilities: these include adult swimming pool, children’s pool, lawns and garden. Garage space for 1 car. The building has a lift providing access to the garage.
