This spacious comfortable villa has 4 double bedrooms and is fully air-conditioned. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, dressing area and direct access to the sun terrace/garden, the other bedrooms are serviced by a shower room with a large walk in shower. The lounge diner is furnished with modern furnishings, comfortable sofas and a large dining table seating 8. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. The laundry room has washing machine. There is an additional enclosed seating area with magnificent views over the countryside and the coast. We have provided table and chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ to enable you to make the most of the outdoor lifestyle we all dream of. Enjoy guaranteed sunshine either by the pool or, pass the evenings on the terrace sipping your favourite drink watching the heat of the day fade - relax with your family & friends before maybe heading off to a restaurant of your choice in the split level entertainment/shopping area of El Zoco.

Sitio de Calahonda is situated mid way between Marbella and Fuengirola. Calahonda has two commercial centres and a number of supermarkets providing all you need for your stay. Amenities in the area include, a variety of beaches, golf, tennis, bowls to name a few. Particular favourites are Miraflores beach - a shale cove with rock pools to entertain the children and Antonio's beach bar to entertain the grown ups! or the sand dunes of Cabopino, with ample parking, sandy beach, bars to refresh you and the delightful marina area surrounded by bistro type restaurants to enjoy - especially romantic by night. If you wish to explore a little further than Calahonda there are good road links west to nearby Marbella town centre & Puerto Banus for designer shopping, or east to the lovely village of La Cala with it's twice weekly street market. A short distance more and you find yourself in the city of Fuengirola for more high street shopping or a stroll along the busy 8 km promenade.

IDEAL LOCATION: The villa is located in the beautiful 'Jardines' area of Calahonda. The area is very well cared for with lots of palm trees and lush gardens. The close area around the villa is peaceful and calm with very pretty views wherever you gaze. Sounds too quiet? You have only to make a short journey (5 minutes in the car) and you find yourself in the busy El Zoco centre. Here you can buy the necessary food and drink for home or sit and enjoy a morning coffee in the sun while reading a newspaper. You can lunch in one of the snack bars or dine on the upper floor of the center in one of the many restaurants, other services available include, hairdresser, beautician, bank and souvenir shopping. 5 more minutes and you can be soaking up the sun and swimming at one of the many nearby beaches. AIRPORT TRANSFER: A car is not essential if you want an 'away from it all' break. Taxis are readily available and relatively economical if you only want the occasional trip to the supermarket but if you want to experience more, a car is recommended for your stay. The journey time from the airport is approx 40 minutes, detailed directions will be provided to help you locate the property. You will be met upon arrival and shown around the villa, to see how things work. I will be available during your stay should you require help of any kind. I am only a phone call away! Departure Day - normally arrives all too soon - I will come to the property at a pre-arranged time to check all is in order, recover the keys and secure the property as you leave.

Just returned from a 2 week holiday at the villa. We had a very pleasant stay. The villa is in a quiet position with a lovely big terrace. Lovely views of the villas on the opposite hillside and the mountains behind. Sea views from the top terrace very good. Although we were there in October we had exceptional weather for the time of year and the air conditioning was very welcome when we were trying to dress after showering. Calahonda is a well maintained estate. Really enjoyed our holiday.

First holiday in Malaga

My first time going to Malaga with my fiancé and our families, we went for one week and managed to get in a lot of sightseeing. The apartment is in an ideal location to take day trips to The Rock of Gibraltar and Morocco, and only a short walk from the shops and restaurants, we had everything within a short distance including friendly neighbors. Everyone enjoyed the air-conditioned rooms and of course the swimming pool, with exceptional privacy and suitable for the whole family from little to large it was like a home from home but with the sun as an added bonus. A large home with plenty of room for everyone, we had the best time ever and really enjoyed our time there, so much so that I can’t wait to go back and will most definitely book a longer stay. I have had my holiday for the last 2 summers in this Villa.
It is in an excellent location, close to lots of bars & restaurants, in a very quiet residential area. There are lots of hot spots if required not to far away.
The Villa itself is very comfortable & spacious also very clean & well maintained.
I would highly recommend this Villa & location & hope to visit again this summer.
