A beautiful, modern Villa which is part of AlmaVerde Village near Burgau. The luxurious and spacious accommodation is arranged over 2 floors with 2 bedrooms & 2 en suites on the first floor and 1 bedroom, family bathroom and the living area on the ground. The fully fitted kitchen has granite work tops and integrated appliances and is open plan to the dining room which has a table and chairs to seat 6 comfortably. The villa is tiled throughout with underfloor heating and heated wall mounted towel rails in the bathrooms. The property has a Cool House system which is an eco friendly alternative to air con. The good sized private pool is salt water filtered and heated, and there is a patio surrounding which provides plenty of space to relax on the sun loungers provided. There is a dining table and chairs for outside dining as well as a BBQ. To the front is a private drive with off street parking. The drive is currently being altered so it will alter slightly from the photo.

AlmaVerde is the perfect base from which to enjoy the abundant range of sports and leisure activities that the Western Algarve has to offer. Long, sunny summers and mild winters make the area one of Europe’s premier golf destinations. There are more than twenty courses within an hour’s drive, including some of the top champion-ship courses in Europe. The open countryside is ideal for Rambling, Bird Watching and Horse Riding and, further inland, the ecology changes and the steeper hillsides provides unlimited challenges for mountain bikers. Lagos Marina has the best facilities of any Portuguese marina. You can also rent dinghies, wind surfers, or go water-skiing from the beaches at Praia da Luz and Meia Praia. For surfers, the rugged west coast beaches, with their long Atlantic rollers, are an irresistible target. With well over 100 restaurants in Lagos and the surrounding area, plus a myriad of cafés, there are options to tempt even the most the discerning palate.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We can accept short term stays and these are charged as follows:

    1 - 4 nights charged at 75% of the weekly rental rate
    5 - 6 nights charged at the full week's rate

    Pool Heating is included in the rent from 3rd July - 21st August 2009, otherwise it is an optional extra at £88 per week.
  • Cot beds & High Chairs can be hired @ £28 per item per week payable 8 weeks before arrival.

    A £200 refundable security deposit is also payable 8 weeks before arrival.
  • To book we take 25% of the rent up front and then the remaining balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

Notes: WIFI access is at the Wellness Centre about a 5 minute walk from the Villa - the Villa itself does not have wireless access.
