Villa Benarrosa is a very modern luxurious detached villa located within a multinational community only a few minutes walk from the historic and much sought after village of Alcala. With spacious accommodation for up to 6 people and with stunning mountain views, this villa is a great choice for any holidaymaker. The accommodation consists of a good sized fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious lounge/dining room with original wood burning stove, Satellite TV, DVD and music system. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the maya and then out on to terraces leading to the pool. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and a family bathroom and upstairs there is a further twin bedroom with private terrace/balcony ideal for cosy breakfasts, and a master double bedroom also with private terrace. The pool is the focal point of the grounds, where different areas are laid out for sunbathing, shade, entertaining and outside dining.

This wonderful villa is situated in the heart of the beautiful Jalon Valley that is quietly situated 20 minutes inland from Spain's Costa Blanca and offers some of the best scenery and climates that Spain has to offer. The Jalon valley is a spectacular and unspoilt place with a magnificent backdrop of mountains which surround the plains of olive trees, orange groves, vineyards, raisins and almonds. The area is full of natural beauty, traditional values and has a very hospitable nature. Just a few kilometres from the villa scattered throughout the valley are unspoilt villages including Alcalali, Lliber, Orba and Jalon with a choice of hundreds of bars and restaurants that offer both Spanish and International cuisine. The main town of Jalon is famous for its wine and produces in excess of 2.5 million litres a year, you can sample the Muscatel for which the area is famed as well as other wines at the local bodegas or better still accompanied with tapas at one of the local bars.

  • Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in euros, on booking, a deposit is required equivalent to 30 per cent of the total cost. The outstanding amount is due usually eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
    A security fee of 300 Euros is also payable on booking of your holiday, which will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period. This is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixtures and fittings. We will always discuss any deductions with you before returning the security deposit.

Local things to do: Other places of interest in the area are A 5* paragliding school in Parcent village and paragliding from the mountain (Colle de Rates), only a 5 minute drive from the villa. There is also the Donkey sanctuary in the mountains toward Bernia where one can offer support for the project by indulging in an incredible lunchtime feast with amazing views where all profits go towards the well being of the donkeys and of course the famous mountain spring and walks on the Sierra Bernia, only 15 minutes drive away. Around 45 minutes drive away are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia Water Park & Wild Life Park. Historic Guadalest and the famous water pools and waterfalls are just 30 mins drive away. The area around the villa is particularly good for walkers/hikers, cycling, bird watching and sight seeing. In addition to the paragliding there is also Quad Biking, Go Karting and an Outdoor Pursuits Centre.
