A brand new stylish and very comfortable 4 bedroom villa built on a larger than normal plot on the award winning AlmaVerde development and spa. We've upgraded the standard specification and added all mod cons such as a gas effect fireplace in the sitting room with widescreen TV above, under floor heating throughout, a wine fridge in the fully fitted kitchen and we've made a mezzanine level a kids area with flat screen TV, DVD player and Wii. The property has 2 double bedrooms, both en suite, and 2 twin bedrooms. There is also a large family shower room. Outside the heated pool has a fold away electric cover and extended terracing and the garden is fully landscaped. To the front of the villa is a private drive and enough parking for a couple of cars. Alma Verde village has four flood-lit tennis courts, an adjacent children's play area, and a range of beauty treatments on offer at the Wellness centre - all within 5 minutes walk of the villa.

Nearest Beach: beach at 3.0 Kilometres
Car: recommended
The nearest beach is Burgau, just under 5 minutes by car, which has a lovely beach bar. There are beautiful sandy unspoilt beaches dotted all along the south western and western coastline, most with beach bars serving locally caught fish and other Portuguese dishes. Lagos is the main town in the area (about 10km away) and has a great fish market as well as shops, bars, restaurants, a marina and a good nightlife. AlmaVerde is close to several excellent golf courses such as Parque da Floresta and Boavista golf resort. Further afield families would enjoy the Zoomarine ocean theme park or the water parks near Lagoa.
