A modern detached villa built within the last 5 years, Set in a gated delopment of only 8 villas with only 4 ocupied all mod cons including full air conditioned, satellite TV, 3 bathrooms, garage, 3 balconies, all on three floors, five other houses share the swimming pool, very quiet, near a lovely golf course, ten minutes to the beech. Golf clubs available to use plus everything would would normally have at home. A private gated close of 6 detatched houses with pool, the pool is always very empty. 2 mins walk to golf course...LA GOLF DE MARQUESA...

The property is within 2 km of rojales which is an old Spanish town with local bars and a market every week, we are about 600 metres from a golf course.......La Marquesa de Golf.......2km from Quesada a lively town full of restaurants, there is a water park about 2 km for all ages from babies to adults, this is only open from may to October, the nearest beech is Guardamar which is a lovely beech that spreads for 32km with lots of restaurants, for golfers there are lots of good golf courses within a 10 km range, a good course is La Finca, please ring in evenings should you require more pics or information....01932 571009
