3 Double Bedrooms (2 en-suite). 1 Twin Bedroom. House Bathroom. Games Room with pool table. Hot tub. 1 Pet Welcome. Weekly Bookings Saturday Start Day. Entrance into Games room with small pool table. Open plan sitting room & dining room with patio doors leading to enclosed private garden. Kitchen. Downstairs cloakroom. Twin room which is accessed by the doorway at the end of the kitchen. Please note there is not a door at the top of the stairs but there is a door at the bottom. House Bathroom with large double ended bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and w.c. This bathroom is located between a double bedroom and the twin bedroom and can be accessed via either bedroom. Double Bedroom with 5ft double bed. Second double bedroom with 5ft bed and en suite shower room . Double bedroom on 2nd floor with en-suite shower room.

Kirkbymoorside is a pretty little market town located between Helmsley and Pickering. Both these towns are very popular tourist destinations. Coastal towns of Scarborough and Whitby are about a 40 minute drive and York is also a similar distance. Kirkbymoorside has several pubs and restaurants as well as an excellent delicatesan if you want to eat in but don't want to cook.
