Apartment:- Entrance hallway. Large open plan living area with comfy sofas and chairs, wide screen T.V, DVD & Bang & Oulfsen stereo system. The dining table seats 4 comfortably and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. There is one bedroom which can be made as either a 6ft double bed or twin beds. This has an en-suite shower room with large shower, wash hand basin and w.c. The second bedroom has a 5ft double bed. There is a second shower room identical to the en-suite shower room. Outside:- Communal garden Area and Car Parking Space for 1 Car. Services Provided:- Electric Oven & Hob. Fridge / Freezer. Dishwasher. Washer / Dryer Microwave. Plasma Screen TV with Freeview & DVD.
