Our apartment is in the quiet but up and coming area of Nabq Bay with brilliant views of the Tiran Strait and Sinai mountains. The apartment is brand new finished to a very good standard. Washing machine etc are available in the administration office. Fully equipped kitchen and open plan lounge. Large balcony with sea and pool view, Roof sun terrace with great all round views of the mountains and sea. Choice of 4 pools with children’s sections and pool bar. Set in landscape gardens with brilliant views of the Tiran and mountains. Flat screen satellite TV Reception that will help with your every need including booking excursions. You will be able to have access to the Sea Club hotel (which is just over the road) for a cost of £2.50 per day per person and this covers all their facilities, gym, sauna, restaurants, entertainment, private beach including towels etc you will need to need to get a token from the administration office. On site there are 4 pools (1 heated).

Cairo with the river Nile & Pyramids is only a 1 hour flight, Luxor with Nile cruise ships & ancient temples is 30 minutes by air. The diving resort of Dahab is a 1 hour drive, St Catherines monastery with its links to early Christianity is 3 hours by road. Sharm el Sheikh is the showpiece tourist resort of Egypt. The diving and snorkelling is world renowned. Naama Bay with its exciting night life is only 15 minute away where restaurants, bars, beaches and shops can be found along with numerous dive centres & beach resorts. Sharm el Sheikh resort and old market is only a 20 minute ride away, where you can experience the Egyptian ways of trading!! Overnight trips to Mount Moses to catch the sunrise, Coloured Canyon.   • The master bedroom has access to the large balcony. There are fitted fly doors to allow the doors and cool air to circulate the bedrooms without bugs getting in. The sofa in the lounge easily turns into a double bed. Bedding and duvets etc are included. Both bedrooms are light and comfortable.

Notes: In order to comply with Egyptian law we are not permitted to accept bookings from couples where 1 or both partners is an Egyptian national, unless they are married and show their marriage certificate at the time of checking in. Unfortunately anyone disregarding that law will not be allowed to check in. This only applies to Egyptian nationals and not to other nationalities. Electricity and Water: The electricity and water is metered, and will be charged for by Egyptian Experience on departure. An approximate price would be about £20 to £30 for a week but will of course depend on consumption. The Egyptian Experience staff are very helpful and if asked will give you an indication of your usage part way through your visit. Payment is to Egyptian Experience on the day of departure, the unit charge to guests is the same as the owners pay and is not under the control of the owner.

The Red Sea: Simply it is truly spectacular for diving and snorkelling. the private beaches via the hotels we have use of have jetty's that you can walk down and see the corals and fish. Or visit the national park which is part of the sea.

Dining: Western foods can be bought in restaurants such as the hard rock cafe, Starbucks and a host of western chains or sample some brilliant local restaurants. I always eat lots of fresh fish, it is divine. Nabq has a number of shopping malls with restaurants that play live music etc or Neama bay is very busy with a whole host of restaurants and bars.

On site there are 4 pools (1 heated) set in landscape gardens and a shop, Taxis which are cheap can be booked with the complex manager or easily flagged down on the road; it is 10 mins to airport and to Sharks and Coral Bay, 15 mins to Neama Bay and 20 mins to the old town. the mini buses are the cheapest and should charge you about 30p to get to Neama bay.

Ski: Water skiing and other sports can be done down at the beach.

Golf: There are two PGA courses nearby, which can be booked via reception. Golf clubs etc can be hired at the venue

hi, i dont usually write reviews but myself and my family had such a lovely time in this apartment. it was such a change from us all being in the same hotel room we would deffo go again and will look to do apartments elsewhere. we had arranged a transfer and they were there when we arrived which i was relieved about as we had only done package holidays before and going private is a bit different. the apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and light and the fly doors were a great asset as we could let the cool air in the apartment without any bugs. the complex was great and the views of the mountains and sea was great, especially from the roof terrace.

we used some of the hotels nearby with all there 5* facilities using the day pass system from reception, this felt a bit naughty as we knew we were enjoying the facilities at a fraction of those staying there.

the pools on the complex where lovely and the food at the snack bar was great. the staff were very friendly and helpful. there are english people who live on site that have businesses out there, like a diving school, a tax i service (where you pay once and they take you anywhere at anytime for a week, saves on haggling) and the people who run the snack bar.

all in all we had a great time and would go back.
