This beautiful villa is perfectly placed for enjoying the Florida country side and beaches and is wonderful for days out to Miami or the Orlando attractions, and is full equipped for the whole family to enjoy or just for two. Or don't go any where and relax and just laze by the pool which is fully gas heated so its hot no matter what time of day or night, and the complete pool and the 90 foot by 30 foot (approx) deck entertainment area is totally enclosed in a lania which keeps the mosquitoes and other insects out so you can enjoy the beautiful Florida weather and dine out side, enjoy the sun and the wonderful view. Have a dip in the hot spa which seats 6 there is no nicer way to end a perfect day. For the energetic there is an exercise bike and a cross trainer by the pool, follow this with a dip in the pool and its a great start to the day, or keep the family entertained with a game of basketball.

Very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Had everyghing we needed. Secluded and private. Description was spot on. I would recommend this property to others. You have to eat at Bella Napoli right down the road, it is good itialian food.
Loved it.

Great location very private with lovely grounds and wild life to watch as you sit in the sun. We were pleased with the outdoor facilities as we have had our holiday in florida many times and understand the need for a well equiped outside space, we hardley use the inside facilities. It was also nice after spending a week in Orlando to come and relax in a property you can go for a walk around to relax and forget about cues and fastpass's. From a location point of view everything is at hand a walmart in on your doorstep, Navigator Bar Grill just round the corner which we visited several times. Port Charlotte was only 20 mins away and Fishermans Village is a must some great small cafe bars as well as the main places to eat and drink,
Captians Table & Harpoons harrys Bar. While the women shogulf at the many shops. We have stopped in this area of the Gulf Coast before and the beaches from Englewood to Estero Island are all fantastic in their own ways. One of the best days out we had was with Gus who looks after the property for the owners. Gus Owns a 24ft Key West Sports boat which, for a fee will show you the very best of the waterways off the Boca Grand to Captiva. We enjoyed the day so much I have put together a 10 min video on youtube. This can be see if you type into youtube "a day out on the gulf coast with captain gusThe 2 children really enjoyed themselves and became good friends with the nieghbours and really enjoyed going for walk to the front lake to see the Aligator (dont worry he's only a small guy).Overall a nice property in a great location easy to find not embeded in a large estate.

A big thumbs up from all the family

The house was very clean and was far better then the photos, all the rooms where large and well furnished, we arrived late so it was very nice to find a welcome basket with some basic groceries so we didnt need to buy any groceries till the next day. The house was a haven and we often didnt go on any outings just becase we were so comfortable and the kids were busy with the pool or playing basketball or on the bikes or just exploring the huge gounds of the house. In fact our oldest caught a catfish from one of the two lakes which are on the property, and which was barbecued that night,
We had dinner out most nights and frequented the local restaurants especialy bella Napoli and the Captain and the cowboy both very good and reasonable. We went to the comedy club which was just 10 minutes away which was great fun we only had drinks but from what i could see the food looked very good. On the nights we stayed in we had pizza or Chinease take aways by the pool with the fire pit lit. The BBQ was used every day for lunch and this proved perfect for us as we enjoyed being in the sun. We had a few trips out but I think we felt a bit lazy and too relaxed and the furthest we ventured out was to The Navigator bar and grill which have a tour boat cruising the Peace River and a fishing boat trip which was spectacular as the water was blue and clear. The down part was finding the house for the first time and went past it not realising we had gone for a couple of miles, i suggested that there should be some way to easily recognise the house at night as the house is so far back it cant be seen from the road.
All in all a big thumbs up all the family.
