The airy, open plan living area includes a lounge, dining room, designer bar & kitchen with a scullery. The multiple stacker doors and windows all flow onto the surrounding entertainment deck areas & beautiful indigenous garden, bringing the outdoors inside! The dining room offers an indoor gas barbeque facility. The fully equipped kitchen is furnished with brushed aluminum appliances that include a large gas hob, extractor fan & double door fridge/freezer. The scullery has a large double butler sink and full laundry amenities in the form of a state of the art washing machine & tumble drier set. The extensive paved areas provide plenty parking and the entire establishment is alarmed & protected by an armed response security company.

  • • A 50% deposit of total quoted amount upfront
    • The remaining 50% to be paid in full one month prior to arrival & taking occupation.
    • A 20% breakage deposit is required in addition. This can be paid with the 2nd installment.
    • Cancellation 1 month prior to date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
    • Any cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid.
    • Please note that the house & cottage can be rented separately. You can enquire about these rates via email.
    • We are also prepared to negotiate a lower nightly rate for lengthy stays (i.e. 2 weeks or more)
    • The daily rate does NOT include the servicing of the unit. We request that the house be cleaned at least twice during a 1 week stay. Our dedicated house keeper will take care of all cleaning & laundry requirements at R100/day.
    • Above rates do not apply for the 2010 World Soccer Cup bookings & are subject to change without prior notice.

The communal outdoor shower allows one to rinse off after a day in the sun & surf. Bath towels are provided for each bathroom. Please bring along your own swimming/beach towels.

It too has large stacker doors that lead onto a private deck that invites you to take in the panoramic ocean expanse. Linen is provided.
