Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment situated in the Kapparis area of Cyprus with A/C,Private Enclosed Pool & Sun Terrace. Furnished to a very high standard. The large lounge/dinner with patio doors leading onto the large balcony. Has a leather 3 and 2 seater sitting area with 2 coffee tables,Dinning Table with 6 chairs,CD Player and an home from home fully equipped kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Oven/Hob, Microwave and various utensils. The first bedroom contains a double bed with spacious floor to ceiling wardrobes, bedside cabinet, Security Safe and patio doors leading onto the Large Balcony. Second Bedroom contains 2 Single Beds with floor to ceiling wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Comfortable single foldaway bed also available. The bathroom comes equipped with Toilet,Wash-Basin, Bath and Shower. The Large Balcony consists of a Dinning Table with Parasol and six chairs, also 2 Sun Loungers. All other essentials include Hair-dryer, Iron, Ironing Board and clothes Airer.

This 2 bedroom luxury apartment is situated in Kapparis on the Eastern side of the Mediterranean close to the tranquil coastal resorts of Pernera and Protarus offering some of the finest beaches in Cyprus, along with a fine selection of shops, bars and restaurants serving a choice of local specialities and international cuisine. Only a short drive away is the near by town of Paralimni, and the lively resort of Ayia Napa. Paralimni hosts three large supermarkets, many boutiques, bars, cafes and fabulous restaurants. Ayia Napa hosts many bars, restaurants and nightclubs, offering entertainment until the early hours, for those who wish to venture further a trip to the picturesque Troodos Mountains is highly recommended.

  • The prices quoted are inclusive of air conditioning. A 25% Non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, and the final balance is due 10weeks before departure. A fully refundable security deposit of 100.00 Euros is required upon receipt of the key from our agent, Rae of Sunshine. Welcome packs can be ordered upon booking for a small charge, including any essentials you may require. Mid visit Laundry Service can be arranged for an additional small fee if required.
  • Airport Transfer Meet and Greet Service can be arranged on your behalf with our agent. They will take you directly to the property and show you all the facilities available. They can also provide a transportation service to the local super-markets,resorts and picturesque beaches. Their prices are very reasonable and better value for money than any other local services. Payment is made directly to them for this service.
  • Arrival day - The earliest you can enter the apartment is 3:00pm
    Departure day - You must vacate the apartment by 11:00am

A home in the sun

I've stayed in plenty of self-catering accommodation while on holiday, but this was by far and away the most lovely: beautifully furnished, well equipped, spacious and squeaky clean. Having a washing machine available is great (I loathe evenings spent wringing out the whole family's knickers in the sink, sweating buckets and cursing as everybody else sups cocktails on the verandah), and the kitchen equipment is as good as home if you do decide you must toil over home made spag bol. Eating on the balcony around the large table, talking, drinking and enjoying the balmy evenings is quite wonderful.

The pool is smallish - but perfectly formed enough for frolics - and fine for cooling off, and you'll need to cool off, it was over 40 every day of our holiday.

To get the most out of your holiday I would recommend a car so you can reach the delights of Protaras or Aiya but there are sufficient amenities (restaurants, supermarket, beach, cocktail bar ;)) within a good walk. Of course, when discussing amenities I would be remiss if I failed to mention the most fabulous bakery just down the road - yum!

A quick word about Will; what a pleasant, helpful and welcoming chap he is.

I have already given the details to friends with the suggestion that they visit this apartment, and would recommend any reader of this review to do the same. I would have no hesitation about coming back to this property.

My first visit to Cyprus but not my last.

I visited this apartment in June 2008. It was my first visit to Cyprus and I loved it. Our transfers to and from the airport were excellent with our friendly reliable chauffeur Will (as advertised on site). The apartment is set in a quiet area with a fabulous deli just around the corner open long hours. Orthanedes supermarket is also a short walk away which is well stocked. The apartment is very roomy and will comfortably house 4/5people. We had our breakfast and evening meals (if we wernt dining out) on the balcony which has a 6 seater table and room for loungers also. The apartment is very clean and tidy and very tastefully decorated. Lovely size kitchen with a dining table. Good size bedrooms with the double room opening onto the balcony. Small well maintained complex. The pool area was a suntrap but I preferred the beach as always a nice breeze. We went to the beach every day which was about 25 mins walk. Lovely clean quiet beach with snack bar facilities and sunbeds/umbrellas for a reasonable price. Also bars available a short walk from beach. Fabulous restaurants in nearby Paralimini - a short walk away. Our favorite was Falaross which we went to twice as it was so good. Protaris is a short drive away with lots of bars/restaurants. The cocktail bar is worth a visit during happy hour. Also did a boat trip from Protaris which included the history of the ghost town of Famagusta. Ayia napa is also a short drive away if you want more lively nightlife. I would love to go back to this apartment. Very relaxing holiday.
