This stunning new villa near to Paderne set amidst the Algarve countryside complete with private pool is ideal for family holidays. The highest standard of décor & furnishings have been used & air conditioning throughout to create a luxury & comfortable holiday environment. 3 of the bedrooms open out onto a balcony enjoying beautiful country views & sunsets. 2 master bedrooms both with en-suite and the 2 twin bedrooms share a modern fully equipped bathroom. The bedrooms have ample wardrobe and drawer storage. The large lounge has LCD TV, SKY, DVD, CD, log fire,with sofas and the adjoining dining room has plenty of seating ,the kitchen is also large and fully equipped with all the modern necessities with a further utility room with laundry equipment needed for your stay. There is filtered drinkable water throughout. The well tended, secluded garden has plenty of sun loungers, tables, chairs and a beautiful 8mx4m salt water pool. Linen,Towels,Travel cot and high chair are all provided.

The villa is located only a 15minute walk away from Paderne-a typical Algarvian village with its origins in the past a 14th Century historical castle on the outskirts,the 16th century church is worth a visit as is the local restaurants,cafes,and bars which are all a 15min walk from the villa or a very short drive. In Paderne you will also find a grocers,butcher,pharmacy,post office and paper shop. We are sure you will love the local hospitality as we do. Algarve Shopping is 10km away.The beaches are renowned in the Algarve and a short drive from the villa there is plenty of choice from small private coves to miles of long sandy beaches. Golfers are in Paradise with plenty of choice and easily accessed from the villa,tennis and horse riding can be found at Vilamoura a short drive away. Albufeira is one of the major tourist areas in the Algarve and boasts a lively night life and great eateries the same applies to Vilamoura with it beautiful Marina and Casino all within a short drive away

We are flexible on arrival days and we would also provide a welcome hamper on request at an extra cost if you are arriving at an unsociable hour or don't feel like shopping straight away. you will find most of the basic condiments in the villa , but ask you to replenish any you run out of for our next guests.

The house is fantastic and placed in a very tipical and quiet location of the algarve area. Close to everything (supermarkets, entretainment, etc.) Very clean and with a very good pool air conditioned, good kitchen and laundry area. Fantastic outdoor garden, not big but with very nice places to be at. All facilities you need in holidays where in the house allowing you to have vacations and rest. The owners are very kind and helpful and we have intention the repeat the experience with this property
