This 62 sqm holiday flat is located in best position of Freiburg in the park of an old villa at the shore of river Dreisam; only 2 km from the Münsterplatz in the centre. Access from the house directly to hiking and biking trails along the shore. The bright flat is on the 2. floor (elevator) of a new house with 8 other flats and it offers beautiful views from large windows on old and new villas between large old trees. A roofed balcony is available. The interior is modern with parquet floor, glass doors, natural stone tiles in the bathroom. In the living room there is a dining table, double sofabed, armchairs, TV, shelves. The sleeping room offers 2 beds and a closet. The hall has a table and a closet. Bathroom with WC, wahing basin and tub with shower, washing machine. The small kitchen has a refrigerator, micro wave, oven, ceramic stove top, fume hood. A garage parking space in the house belongs to the apartment. Shopping facilities and restaurants are nearby.

The house is only 2 km from the centre but located completely in the nature between old trees at the shore of river Dreisam. Here you can directly start wonderful trips by bike or on foot along the river Dreisam, the terrain is plain, upstream only slightly rising. As the house is not lying directly at the street but a little behind an old villa, it is very quiet. A private path leads to the garage and the entry. From here many hiking trails in the forest invite you to activities in fresh air. You can also do mountain biking from here. It is 10 min walking distance to the public transportation network with bus and tram. In this distance there is also a big supermarket. As in Freiburg theatres, cinemas and concert hall are very close to each other, you can reach them all afoot, max. 3 km distance.

Stadtnah, sehr ruhige im Grünen gelegene Wohnung, großzügig zugeschnitten und praktisch, im Ikeastil eingerichtete Wohnung. Sie ist sehr hell und freundlich und ganz ruhig gelegen. Man fährt 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad an der Dreisam entlang zum Schwabentor.

Lage, Ausstattung, Komfort absolut in Ordnung, so richtig zum Ausspannen und Wohlfühlen. Ich war mit meinem Sohn für eine Woche in Freiburg, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders schön ist die gute Belichtung durch große Fenster und der Balkon zum Draußensitzen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.
