Nice holiday apartment

The apartment is a perfect match of the premium location and comfortable modern living conditions. The description provided is absolutely accurate. It is not just words: during 8 days of the holiday we stayed in two 3-star hotels ib the vicinity and this flat. No comparison: unlike both hotels, here it was clean, light, well-maintained, all amenities and conveniences are new and good-looking. The room is cosy, furnished laconically but pleasantly. The balcony overlooking the greenery of the Massena place, the embankment and sea is the catch for all tastes.
Leaving the flat, you find yurself in a lively walking street full of restaurants, cafes and shops. A supermarket and a drugstore are in a 3-minute walk. The bus to the airport stops almost under the balcony of the flat. The Nice railway station is in 15-minute walk or 2 tram stops from Massena.
It is really the heart of the city.
We'd gladly recommend this apartment to relatives and friends going on holidayto Riviera.

Apartment is spotlessly clean; gorgeous view looking out on Ave. Suede, Jardin Albert 1er, and the sea. Definitely the millionaire view. Entered via the Pedestrian Zone on Rue Massena, you will go through two quiet and beautiful courtyards to access apartment. In the center of everything. Apartment is very nicely equipped with washer, nice kitchen, nice fridge and full-sized freezer. Lovely.

High standard, exceptional and cozy apartment! Best location! From 4th floor you look towards beach, PROMENADE DES ANGLAIS, park Albert 1th, fountain. There’s a very comfortable double ‘clique-claque’ sofa bed.
