Newly restored (and Decorated By Habitat) Provencal Style Villa (250 m2) in an unusual quite area. The Villa is situated at the end of a road in the area of the Rothschild Museum and has a stunning sea view towards the east from all (but one) rooms. The living room has an antique fireplace at the sofa area, a large dining table and accesses the large terrace also with a large dining table and stunning panoramic sea view ranging from Beaulieu sur Mer to Monaco to the coast line of Italy to the St. Jean Village and Paloma beach bay. The villa is only 10 min. walk from the famous Passable beach on the west side of Cap Ferrat in the bay of Ville France and also walking distance from the St. Jean village/Marina/shops and the other famous Paloma beach. Plus the very nice local Zoo, The Rothschild Museum and other activities is within walking distance. All the way around the Cap Ferrat peninsula there is a water front path which is ideal for fishing, strawling or the morning jogging.

The greatest thing about St. Jean Cap Ferrat - is its exclusive privacy. Weeks can be spend here with out ever leaving the peninsula. Everything in CF is within walking/bycycling distance. Which is very important during the high season at Cote D'Azur. The beautiful village of St. Jean is located on the east side of the pine tree covered peninsula. The village offers its charming marina, numerous shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are well kept and offer beach club/restaurant facilities + watersports. There are many walks around the peninsula with stunning views. From St. Jean one can also easily explore the region along the coast or up to the mountains. The closest ski resorts are only 1 1/2 hours drive away. The large city of Nice with all its is only 15 minutes away and on the other side Monte Carlo glitters with its Casinos, Luxury hotels and gourmet restaurants. Italy is just a short train ride or drive away and attracts with its picturesque market and variety of food.

Additional information about rental rates

July and August are rented for a minimum of two weeks
A 25 % deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The full amount is due 60 days before arrival as well as a security deposit of 1000 Euros per week, which will be reimbursed quickly at the end of the stay. All amounts will be refunded if reservation is canceled and the property can be let again for the same period and same amount. Major credit cards welcome. A final cleaning and laundry charge of 200 Euros will be deducted from the security deposit and any breakages/damages.
The renter should be fully insured for personal injury, theft etc. The owner refuses all responsibility for recourse that an insurance company may exercise against the owner in the case of an accident. Arrival is after 4pm and departure before 10 am on change-over days.
