Private Swimming Pool:
Anybody booking the villa has sole use of the swimming pool during their stay. The key holder lives next door so is available for any help or advice if needed.
Villa Location:
The villa is situated next door to olive and almond trees which are farmed by the local Spanish farmers. In the winter months the almond trees blossom with white flowers covering the hillside. Local mountain walks are on the doorstep leading you up with fantastic sea views over Torre del Mar and inland with views over the Sierra de Tejeda national park with mount Maroma dominating the skyline which is the highest peak at just over 2060m. Arenas is a short drive away and is a traditional Spanish Pueblo or village. Those who like to see the real Spain will fall in love with the tiny winding streets, the quaint village houses and of course the locals who always have a friendly greeting.
Local Towns:
All modern amenities can be found 4km from the villa in the town of Velez-Malaga and its coastal neighbour Torre Del Mar. There is a large covered shopping centre between these two towns adjacent to the motorway, just a 15 minute drive from the Villa. Also in Velez-Malaga and Torre Del Mar there are a wide selection of supermarkets. Bars and restaurants are dotted on every corner, with all types and tastes being catered for at very reasonable prices. Local markets are held in Arenas, Torre del Mar and Caleta if you fancy a bargain.
Other Activities:
Water park, Go-carting, Table tennis, Shopping center, Bowling and 10 screen multi cinema are 10 minutes away.
