A very pretty villa overlooking the Mediterranean with stunning views of the Cote d'Azur - from the beaches nice to Antibes. There are three bedrooms, two spacious double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and another twin bedroom with a en-suite shower room and separate toilet. Large comfortable living room with Sat TV and Hi-FI. The dining area has seating for 8 and the kitchen is well equipped. Tastefully decorated and fitted, and furnished to a high standard, the villa is ideal for a family with children and/or relatives and friends. It is set in over 4.500m2 of mature Provençal garden planted with lavender, oleander and olives, has a sun terrace with outdoor dining table and courtyard with BBQ area and a beautiful heated private swimming pool (12x6m). Conveniently located only half an hour from Nice airport, the villa is nearby the lively medieval village Tourrettes, 10min from Vence and 20min to the coast.

Villa L&G is within easy walking distance of the dramatic perched medieval village of Tourrettes sur loup (cite des violets) with views of the countryside down to the sea. Shops, bars, restaurants, galleries, cafes as well as butchers, bakers and greengrocers are all within walking distance. Tennis courts at 500 metres. Picturesque villages such as Vence at 7 kms, St Paul de Vence famed for its art galleries and shops 9 kms, Grasse the perfume capital of France and Antibes, are a short driving distance away. Nice airport is around half an hour. The nearest beach is 10 kms. Golf at 15 kms. The largest Marine Park in Europe is situated in nearby Biot (famous for its glass blowing) and a beautiful little town. A little further are the villages of Valbonne and Mougins, famous for their excellent restaurants and Cannes for the Croisette. Day trip to Saint Tropez and Ventimiglia for the famous market are highly recommended.
