The house is walking distance to shops, waterfront, all amenities, restaurants, and other attractions. It has 3 spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The door from the pavement leads to an open patio with original stone features. This leads to a very pretty spacious entrance hall and onwards to a dinning room and then a spacious modern kitchen overlooking another open court yard and the sea. Original stone stairs leads to the first floor, with a double bedroom a large sitting room and an open-air terrace overlooking the sea. Continuing up the stone stair you reach the top floor with 2 further spacious bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has doors leading to a large terrace with commanding views of the whole of St. Julian’s Bay. The nearest safe swimming area is literally 3 minutes away near the breakwater which can be seen from the house.
