Located beside a private hospital, chemist and a children's play area our penthouse apartment is spread over two floors (floor area 200sq m) Sleeps up to 7 people. 2 bathrooms 1 ensuite (main bathroom has jet shower). It has 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, large private patio with barbeque area, two small balconies, 2 kitchens and a large communal pool. Our modern spacious penthouse is furnished to a very high standard that has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the town beach and harbour and 5 minutes walk from the Town Centre. General information: washing machine, air conditioning in every room, linen provided, towels, hairdryer, iron/board, electric hob, large fridge freezer, dish washer, kettle, toaster and microwave. 32' Flat TV in both sitting rooms, Satellite TV, DVD players Hi-Fi system and a safe is provided. The penthouse is a non-smoking area (ash trays are provided in patio area). Pets are prohibited.

Situated on the west coast of Turkey- 90km south of Izmir, Kusadasi, is reputed for one of the most attractive city of the Aegean, as it is close to the important historical sites including Ephesus, Didyma, Priene, Miletus-the principals of ancient times, and ideal for sightseers. Kusadasi has a typical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters, providing a long tourism season.The city is bathed in sunshine for 300 days of the year. Numerous powdery sandy beaches with warm&clear waters, providing a peaceful atmosphere, allow a great variety of water and beach facilities. It is a great delight to watch the comings and goings of the yachts and ships with accompaniance of the panoramic view of the sunset, on a pre-drink before the dinner. The restaurants, serving a variety of fresh seafood &fish and Aegean specialties, offer a delicious meal in Kusadasi.
