The villa has 4.5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. Sleeps 10, including a bunk bed in the children bedroom. Guest bedroom is a 1.5 bedroom with 2 double beds, separated by wall, and separate bathroom and entrance.1 full office room with computer and internet. TV, stereo, DVD, laundry room,summer kitchen by the pool with BBQ. The house is situated on the South side of Mont St Clair, on the very top. The view is breathtaking and you have sunshine all day long. Every room in the house has a 180 degree sea view. Furniture is very modern and new. Lovely garden with palm, olive, apricot, banana, almond trees and flowers. It is very private and secure. The beach is 11km long of sand, (not stones) and is a 5 minute car ride away. There is a bus that runs up/down the hill for those that dont want to drive. Lots of great restaurants on the beach and childrens activities. This is a dream house with the best imaginable view.
