Wonderful 150 year old cottage. Fully fitted kitchen. Traditional bathroom/toilet. Upstairs; shower room + toilet downstairs. 3 reception rooms furnished as lounge, garden room and dining room for 6 people. Secluded garden with patio furniture for peaceful evening meals. 3 bedrooms with 1 double and 4 single beds. Private parking for one car, public parking 50 metres. microwave, fridge, freezer, electric cooker, TV, radio. Limited supply of books and games. Situated on a private cul-de-sac but close to all the amenities of this small market town (0.1km). Centrally heated and open all year. Ideal for walking, sightseeing, beach and fishing holidays Dogs welcome but must be pre-booked.

Stalham is a market town with shops, restaurants and good pubs. Sutton windmill is 3kn away. The Weavers Way passes close to the door of the cottage. Boar hire at the Staithe. Norwich and Great Yarmouth are the nearest large towns.

Location: Stalham is between Norwich and Great Yarmouth and both towns are easily accessed. Stalham is on the Broards and has boat hire, birdwatching and fishing facilities from the Staithe. Sea Palling has miles of golden sands and beach access for dogs is made via the northern end of the beach Road car park. Offshore are a number of man mad Islands designed to protect the coast and these have significantly extended the expanse of sands. There are numerous eating places (pubs and small restaurants) throughout the area.
