Located in the annexe of one of Menton’s beautiful Belle Epoque converted hotels, this charming top floor studio flat is within easy walking distance of the bus and train stations, shops, the market and the beach, yet in a very quiet location, this apartment would make an ideal pied-à-terre for holidays. The apartment is made up of one main room with two south facing windows affording it plenty of light and an open plan fitted kitchen, with a large wardrobe, bistro table and chairs and sofa bed. There is a shower room with vanity unit and wc.
