This self contained apartment offers superb facilities in a well maintained area of Spain. Ideally situated in the province of San Miguel. You are approximately five minutes drive from La Zenia Beach and to those who fancy a round of golf: 3 courses are available. With a superb winter climate. Sport is available all year round. a large swimming pool is also available for residents on this small select complex.

Villamartin has two plazas both in walking distance in which one can eat and drink. There are supermarkets and banks all within walking distance. The beach is only 3 kilometers away. There are lots of different activities to be tried - surfing, water skiing, diving to name a few. If that doesn't take your fancy you could always try horse riding or just plain old fashioned walking! Also in the area there are 3 outstanding golf courses Las Ramblas to name one.
