There is a modern yet comfortable feel with air conditioning, cool tiled floors and stylish furniture. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms a sofa bed plus cots. Outside in your sheltered private garden there are terraces for relaxing, cooking and dining, with steps to your private heated pool and jacuzzi. Set in the peaceful area of Vista Lobos, Villa Marina offers all you need for a relaxing family holiday including Sky TV, a DVD player, a pool table and a games console. Stroll down to the beach where you will find a good selection of shops, bars and lovely sea front restaurants. Car hire is not necessary as there is a supermarket just around the corner, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes and there is a taxi rank nearby.Towels and beach towels are provided. The beach and promenade with bars, shops and a good selection of restaurants with great sea views are just a 10 minute stroll away There are 3 beaches in Playa Blanca. Playa Flamingo is the closest, the beach shelves gently into the sea, making the bay very safe for small children. Playa Dorada is the biggest beach with rows of sunbeds and water sports. There is also a small beach right by the restaurants in the town centre. Rubicon Marina is well worth a visit to see the yachts, designer shops and Saturday Market. The stunning beaches of Papagayo are some of the finest in Spain and are just a short car journey from Playa Blanca. If you do hire a car, it is well worth visiting some of the spectacular sights to see evidence of volcanic activity in Lanzarote such as Timanfaya, Jameos del Agua, Mirador del Rio and La Cueva de los Verdes.     A deposit of 30% secures your booking then the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday begins.
    £200 security deposit payable on arrival - this is refunded on departure.

    There are flights to Lanzarote everyday and we are flexible on your day of arrival.

Notes: Villa Marina is situated in a safe and relaxing environment. There are fantastic views over the sea and town of Playa Blanca and you are close to the beach and the town centre. Make the most of your private garden by taking a dip in the heated pool or enjoying a cool drink in the jacuzzi. South facing terraces on three levels accommodate your barbecue with built in seating, alfresco dining area with parasol and luxury jacuzzi. There are 8 sun loungers so you can really take it easy and make the most of the sunshine! This is a large villa with plenty of space for the whole family so it's easy to find a quiet spot to relax. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs so this villa would be ideal for families with children and babies, families with grandparents or up to 4 couples looking for a relaxing holiday. Parking for 2 cars plus telephone entry system. Please do not smoke inside the villa.

Villa Facilities: Villa Marina is well equipped with all you need for a relaxing holiday. We have included items such as hairdryers and straighteners, beach towels, beach bag and ice packs and other heavy items so that all you need to bring are your clothes and shoes! All the local supermarkets (Spar, Netto, Hyperdino) sell your favourite brands of sun cream and after sun. The kitchen has all the facilities you are used to at home including a microwave, kettle and toaster, sandwich toaster, coffee machine, juicer etc. You may wish to bring your favourite tea or coffee though. There is an oven and hob, a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, plus washer and tumble dryer - very handy if you have small children or for washing beach towels whenever you like.

Babies: The villa has cots and highchairs plus a travel cot which can be used as a playpen. There is a blender and juicer and sterilising machine plus plenty of plastic dishes and cups. The promenade in Playa Blanca is smooth and ideal for wheeling pushchairs along. All the restaurants are very child friendly and have highchairs so it's easy to pop in for a drink and an ice cream. Older children will enjoy feeding the fish in the harbour and the marina and tell them to look out for the parrots on the sea wall.

Villa Marina was even better than we expected with plenty of space for three generations of our family. What a villa!On arrival we were met by the villa manager Daniel who was extremely professional and showed us how everything worked. Everything was brand new and sparkling clean and there was a welcome pack too so we didn't need to rush to the shops straight away.
This was our first villa holiday and after a lifetime of staying in hotels we are converted! We all loved the space and the fact that we could plan our meals to suit our own timetable. We enjoyed breakfast outside in the sun in our pyjamas. Well, we couldn't do that in a hotel could we?
It was lovely to spend some time together for a change. The kids enjoyed their games and pool table, our footie fan made the most of the sky tv and we all loved the heated pool and especially the jacuzzi.
We did explore the town and enjoyed the tapas bars and some lovely restuarants, but best of all were the relaxed barbeques at the villa. We liked Lanis restaurant at the marina but we think our garlic prawns were better!
The villa owners had provided all sorts of useful items for us including a safe for our valuables, beach towels and hairdryers, books and games, a cocktail shaker and swizzle sticks for 'Happy Hour' and all sorts of things that made the place really special.
This holiday made us realise that you don't need to spend a fortune on hotels to have a great time. We loved the freedom the villa gave us and we think we saw more of Lanzarote because we were not staying in a hotel.
We thoroughly recommend Villa Marina and Playa Blanca.
