This house is located outside a small village called Tourrettes Sur Loup and is approximately 15 miles from Nice airport, roughly 30 minutes by car. The property is located approx 2 miles outside Tourrettes Sur Loup on the road between Vence and Grasse. It is situated in a picturesque rural setting with panoramic views over the Loup Valley. The area is tranquil and very private yet close to all amenities. The medieval village of Tourrettes Sur Loup is well served with great Restaurants and wonderful architecture. Locally also is Gourdon, high in the mountains and well worth a visit. Nice, Cannes and the coastal resorts are approximately 30 – 40 minutes away. The Ski Resort of Greolieres Les Neiges is 35 minutes by Car from the Villa and offers great winter skiing in a fully equipped ski environment. There is a public transport service, which runs between Nice and Grasse and passes close by the House, 5 minutes walking. Realistically a car would be necessary.

' Les Cygnes Sauvages ' is situated in a peaceful forest setting about 3 k from the Village of Tourrettes Sur Loup. The grounds extend to 1/2 acre divided into terraces, these are extensive and very private. There is an outdoor dining terrace complete with barbeque adjacent to the main house. The large private pool is directly visible from the Villa balcony. Tourrettes Sur Loup is a famous medieval village and a great tourist attraction during the summer, St Paul De Vence is very similar and closeby. The local villages have an abundance of very good restaurants and cafes. The coastal towns of Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Cannes are easily accessed by car and offer great tourist facilities.

Additional information about rental rates

  • On booking a deposit of 50% of the rent is payable. Remainder of rent is due 8 weeks before commencement of rental period. We also require a security deposit of £800.00 payable with the second installment. This is refunded by post after the rental period on satisfactory examination of the property. Linen is charged at € 20.00 per person, this includes Bath & Pool towels. A Booking Form is available, If interested please advise by E Mail and we will forward Booking Form. Electricity, Garden / Pool Maintenance are included in the Rental charges.

Bedroom 3 : This bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe and bedside locker. This room is located on the lower floor and is very comfortable with views looking down over the pool terrace. Bedroom 4 : This bedroom has bunk beds, wardrobe. This corner bedroom has a window facing the pool and a patio door leading onto the table tennis terrace.
