Set in a 4500sq m secluded plot in the valley looking up to the majestic Montgo Mt, the villa offers tranquil days and stunning views. As a large, one level property, the villa is unusual as, in addition to the outdoor pool it also has an indoor pool. The indoor pool comes complete with hoist. For those in need of a workout the villa offers a professional fully equipped gym. In addition to this there is a treatment room for those wishing to indulge in pampering on holiday by booking a thoroughly relaxing massage. Personal Training sessions can also be arranged. The villa is a mix of the original 200 yr old finca and modern tastefully designed extension. Relax in the coolness of the comfy lounge, reading from the large choice of books in the library area, check your emails on the pc that is provided or take your laptop to a quiet area and work via WIFI. There are four ensuite double size bedrooms with CD/DVD player.

Nestling amongst one of the many olive and almond groves which scatter the outskirts of Javea, and with the impressive Montgo mountain as a spectacular backdrop, the luxury villa offers the ideal tranquil location in which to spend your holiday. The Marriott La Sella 18 hole Golf course and spa are only five minutes drive from the villa. Don't fancy cooking every day? Then choose to dine out in one of the four restaurants which are within 5 minutes walk from the villa or ask them to prepare a traditional paella which you can enjoy by your pool watching the sun go down. The Arenal (sandy beach area) and port area are 10 minutes drive away. For the younger party members, enjoy late nights at the many bars and restaurants of the Arenal and for the rest of the family why not stroll along the calm port area or have traditional tapas in the historic old town. Visit the weekly market on Thursday. Apart from golf, the area offers many scenic walks,watersports and other outdoor activities.

Notes: This villa is the ideal setting for a retreat. In addition to the gym, indoor and outdoor pools and two treatment rooms, the villa offers undisturbed views of the valley and is totally secluded. Massages and holistic therapies, guided scenic walks plus personal training can be organised on booking your holiday. The villa is generally wheelchair friendly but is better suited to someone able to walk a few steps rather than totally wheelchair dependent. There are two steps between the kitchen and lounge area. Children are welcome but toddlers must be supervised. There is a gate to the roof terrace. The outdoor pool is not fenced off. Linen and towels are supplied but not beach towels. There is a linen change at the end of each week. Maid service is provided three times a week for 2 Hr.
