This contemporary top floor flat has penthouse appeal, with leather furniture, two luxurious bedrooms, good views and an exceptional in-house entertainment system. There is also lift access and an allocated covered parking space at the back of the building. Refurbished in February 2007 to a very high standard, it is a stylish and comfortable retreat on a lovely, quiet street, just a 5 minute level walk to the city centre. This property is just outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre on a lovely street of large houses and gardens. A short walk takes you over Pulteney Bridge to the centre where you will find excellent restaurants, bars, shops, galleries, museums, historic Bath and the new Thermal Spa. The lovely `Henrietta Gardens` city park is across the street and pleasant to stroll through at any time of year and nearby are some good pubs, Bathwick grocery stores, and a deli with coffee shop. The Bath Spa Railway and bus station are a 10-15 minute walk away.
