This beautiful spacious villa constructed on two levels is ideal for a large family or two families sharing. Set in large beautiful gardens on the lower slopes of the famous Montgo mountain the villa benefits from spectacular panoramic views of the valley and surrounding mountain ranges. This area is a walkers paradise yet it is only 10 minutes drive to the beach, port and main shopping area in Javea. There is a large supermarket two kilometres from the villa and numerous restaurants the same distance. The villa benefits from two double bedrooms and a fully tiled shower room, lounge and kitchen area on the first floor and covered outdoor sitting area with views of the Montgo mountain behind. The separate second floor has a double bedroom with another fully tiled shower room, lounge, dining room with kitchen. Outside the villa there are various covered and open terraces with an elevated 8x4 meter swimming pool again offering spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.

The historic old fishing village of Javea is situated on the most easterly point of the Spanish mainland with its beautiful rugged coastline it was voted by the World Health Authority as having an ideal climate with an average of 320 days of sunshine. Javea is ideally situated approx. 100 km from Alicante /Valencia airports. Javea is divided into three areas, The Old Town with its ancient church and narrow cobbled streets, the port with daily fish market, bars and restaurants. The beautiful bay known as The Arenal has sandy beaches ,bars and restaurants and shops is a very lively place during the summer. Benidorm 30 minutes drive has the Terra Mitica Theme and Natura Parks,also Aqualandia water ride park. The Jalon valley is set just inland with its magnificent views and restaurants. The weekly outdoor market is on a Thursday where you can buy fresh fruit and veg also local items. You can still eat out for about 10 euros with a three course meal with drink.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% non refundable deposit is required to reserve the villa.The balance is due eight weeks before the holiday arrival date. At the time the balance is paid there is an additional returnable 200 pound damage waiver deposit to pay to cover any loss/breakages or wilful damage to the property or contents. NO charge is made for normal wear and tear. The 200 pound damage deposit is returned within 7 days after your holiday finishes and the villa has been checked.
  • Please note all our rental rates include all bedding and towels which are changed on a weekly basis every Saturday. However we do not provide pool or beach towels in this price. Villas are cleaned to a very high standard before and after your holiday.
  • This villa is managed by JAVEA HOLIDAY RENTALS SPAIN who are based in Javea and are available at all times.

Notes: Air conditioning is fitted to the comfortable lounge area to keep you nice and cool whenever you wish. The villa is in an area of outstanding beauty yet it is only 10 minutes drive to all local amenities and the beach. There is a barbeque for those times you wish to cook and stay at the villa and enjoy that alfresco dining on the charming covered terrace or the seating area on the open pool terrace. There is an additional solarium on the upper level with table and chairs also other comfortable and pleasant covered and open seating areasall around the villa. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa so smoking outside only please. If you are looking for a comfortable and spacious villa to bring all your family to or share with friends and enjoy the breath taking views that this villa enjoys then this villa has to be at the top of your list. Secure off road parking for two cars, villa grounds are enclosed by walls and fencing with iron gates for access to house and parking.
