Great apartment, everything the description said and more - what fantastic views. Matteo has worked hard to make the facilities, including the pool area, everything you would want. He was very helpful and we felt he would be there for any questions / advice. Be aware of the steep walk up from the lake to the apartment, certainly not for the fainthearted (or the drunk!). This didn't detract from our holiday but the very young or elderly would have needed a car. Would certainly recommend but they could be more flexible in terms of payment being other than just cash.
We would certainly recommend: Cantina Follie (great wine tasting) and go to Bar Hellviatia for great food and service. On a final note, take a ferry to Bellagio and eat in Bilicus, book or get their early for the wonderful views from your table.

We stayed in the summer of 2009 in this well-functioning apartment which was equipped with all possible kitchen aids, TV, Internet access etc.. On top of having such an excellent apartment, we were overwhelmed by one of the best views ever in that the Como lake was right at our feet.
The apartment does lie somewhat secluded, however, away from shops and restaurants, so a car is an absolute necessity.
