A wonderful top floor duplex apartment 2 minutes walk from the Arenal sandy beach of Javea with breathtaking views over the majestic mountain known as Montgo. The fully furnished apartment has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large covered balcony to enjoy meals al fresco and an enormous terrace on the 2nd level ideal for private sunbathing, living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy a stroll to the beach, restaurants, shops, or relax on the rooftop balcony in total privacy. The complex has beautiful grass gardens with a very large feature swimming pool and outdoor jaccuzi, private tennis courts, squash courts and a gym. A private secure underground car park with remote control access and also has a private store to lock up large personal belongings such as windsurfers. The complex also boasts a 5 star restaurant with fine dining offering romantic views over the marina.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking, to be transferred to our Euro Account with our Bank in Javea, Spain.
    The balance 75% final payment to reach the account 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival require a non refundable payment in full
    A Security Deposit of 200 Euros to be given to the Agent (located next to the apartment) upon collecting the key. Following a satisfactory inspection of the property and checking of the inventory and safe return of the key to the Agent on the date of departure, your Security Deposit will be refunded in full. However, any damages or breakages or loss of items on the inventory will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
    Air conditioning is an additional cost of Euros 50 per week, should you require it.
    For bookings of 2 months or longer a 10% discount is offered.

Not quite as 'luxury' as it says

Hmmm, well where to begin. On arrival we found that works and maintenance were being carried out at the complex. Something we were not informed of and for several days banging and other building noise was rather unpleasant. On top of that week days the work started at around 7am.. not very relaxing. One specific day we could not use the terrace as it was being painted, they moved all the furniture and never returned it to it's original position.

The 'works' around the pool seemed to involve throwing lots of black soil all over, which made the area unusable for most of our stay in fact. Sticking with the pool, looks lovely but it is absolutely freezing with only half getting any sunlight worth speaking of. Never saw a sauna or jacuzzi so no idea where they are supposed to be; tried to contact owner on a rainy day, which there were several of to enquire about the other facilities listed but no answers came back. Tennis court is only 3/4 size and can only be used 1 hour per apartment in the complex per day. No ball games, no swimming after 10pm, there was a long list of what you could not do.

Cheap beds, plastic plates, plastic glasses and a TV that has terrible reception and no viewable channels also don't contribute to luxury accomodation status.

Location is great, near to the beach, well 5 minutes away. That's about the only good attribute to the apartment really and the price is way over the top for what you get; you can find as good for half as much.

I am a regular visitor to Javea and Moraira, unfortunately this is one property to never rent again. We were that fed up we left 4 days early...
