A fully fitted kitchen with gas hob & electric oven Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, 1 Bathroom and 1 Shower room. Outside there is an attractive verandah with beautiful views across the olive groves into the charming town of Ceglie Messapica. There is also outside forno/BBQ. The villa benefits from a recently added Pool so you can cool off during those hot summer days. Close by is Ostuni 'The White City' and the heritage site of Alborobello. Beaches on the Adriatic are a 20 min drive away with the Ionian coastline also within easy reach. With Horse Riding & Golf Course nearby the location of this villa is ideal whether you want a relaxing tranquil retreat or a base to explore and enjoy the Puglian lifestyle

This property was perfect for us and exceeded expectations. it was clean and the decor was lovely, almost home from home! Wonderful views of Ceglia and a wonderful hammock in the garden was the perfect spot to reflect. Owners and agents in Italy were very helpful and gave us good tips on where to visit. The villa is perfect for sight seeing and was close to beaches. Ostuni wonderful place to visit which was 10 mins away. Would definitely go back. Thank you.
