Additional information about rental rates

  • For the comfort of all our guests, no smoking and no pets are allowed in the apartment but you may smoke on the terrace.

    Payment is due in full immediately if booking within 8 weeks of departure. Normal booking conditions apply. We recommend you have adequate travel insurance in place in case of cancellations.

    If booking more that 8 weeks from departure, then 30% is required to secure your booking (non refundable). The balance will become due 8 weeks before departure.

    A security deposit of £150 is required with the remaining balance payment. We will not cash the cheque and it will be returned within 2 weeks of your return (subject to satisfactory property inspection on your departure). Booking forms are sent once a booking has been made.

    Guests are asked to leave the property clean and tidy and to ensure that they take all belongings with them. We rely upon the goodwill of our guests whose co-operation we greatly appreciate.

    A cleaning fee of 85 euros is payable.
  • The Volvo World Matchplay golf tournament will take place late October 2009 - prices for this period will be the same as the Summer period.
  • A welcome pack can be provided at a small extra cost, payable locally on arrival.

We had a great time on holiday and the apartment was superb. It is in a wonderfull spot with just the right things we needed for a boy of two and a half. The fact is was so peacefull at night and there never was the fear of hearing someone coming in late, was wonderfull.
Having the tv and dvd for him to watch things kept him entertained when we eventually managed to get him in from outside. He loved watering the plants and then making sure I got the same treatment. We used the apartment a lot as the heat was too much for all of us until around 3pm. We went out every day and used the apartment as a base to come back to and avoid the mid day sun. We then went out later in the day and stayed out until around 8pm. Coming back to such a clean and well equiped apartment made a big difference to all of us as a family.Eating in on the odd night was great too ,as we used the outside chairs and tables looking out at the views. We spent a lot of time over at Puerrto Banus simply because the beach was nice and it was very easy to get a pram to the sea front. They had sunbeds very near the water and a man made runway to them ,which allowed us to push him in the pram to the front. Most days he would fall asleep as we arrived so this made it easy and we both caught a bit of sun whilst he slept. There was a lot for him to do there as well as the fact that they had a permenant mini fair for kids on, every day.Walking through the port and seeing how some people live made us both laugh.It really mattered to a lot of people what they had and how they would show it. We enjoyed the people watching and the fun that goes with it.

I would like to just say a big thank you to you Janet for allowing us to stay in your beautifull apartment. The fact that it is away from everyone yet near to everything was great for us. We felt secure and safe and this made a difference with it being the first time we had took our son on holiday abroad. As soon as we found our bearings everyrhing seemed near by and it really is a good base as everything is within 45 minutes maximum no matter where you want to go or what you want to do .I would personally recommend it to anyone so share my thoughts with anyone you need to as I always tell it the way it is. I have nothing at all to say that was bad and I sincerely mean that.
