Sleeps 1 or 2 CAP CORNICHE A SEA WALK AWAY FROM THE OLD TOWN OF SETE

Residence Cap Corniche stands high looking out to sea with private access to 2 Sandy Beaches and farther on a 12 klm Lido.

An invigorating seaside walk / jog away (5 mins by Car ) you are in Old Sete, maybe enjoying a meal in one of the many port side restaurants while watching the fishing boats come in. Although with a pool , tennis courts ,the sand and the sea -you might just enjoy staying put at La Corniche.

Suitable for Outdoor Active People .

First Floor Studette with click-clack Double Sofa Bed + private parking .

Ground Floor Studette for 1 adult + possibly a small child ? Single bed with a small extra Futon if needed. Parking outside of the grounds.

. Each studette has a small Cupboard Kitchen and Shower Cubicle with,basin and w.c.

Television with DVD player.

Security Gates ,Guardian + Launderette.

These Small Studettes do not have a private sea view or personal terrace. But there is a Superb Sea View From The High Shared Terrace with Sun loungers around the Pool

Sete the little Venice of the Languedoc is crossed with canals.It has kept its authenticity due to its port in the heart of the town,where the daily ballet of trawlers escorted by gulls and the port of call of cruise ships make a constant show all year long.

Home town of Paul Valery and George Brassens Sete unfolds its ports around Mont Saint Clair which at night can be seen from afar like a glistening jewel .Ideally located on the Mediterranean coast about 30 klm from Montpelier, 1 hour and a half from Toulouse by train, 3 hours from Lyon and Barcelona ,3 and a half hours from Paris by plane. Surrounded by Sandy Coves and historical towns. Cap Corniche is a must.

The studio is on the other side of the building ; away from the noise of the pool on a summer's night The studio has a view of the Tennis Courts and Mont Saint Claire. Heating provided in Winter.
