Residence Cap Corniche stands high looking out to sea with private access to 2 Sandy Beaches and farther on a 12 klm Lido. A High Panoramic Terrace surrounds the Large Pool overlooking the sea. An invigorating seaside walk / jog away (5 mins by Car ) you are in Old Sete, maybe enjoying a meal in one of the many port side restaurants while watching the fishing boats come in. Although with a pool , tennis courts ,the sand and the sea -you might just enjoy staying put at Cap Corniche. Suitable for Outdoor Active People - Singles or Couples. The atmosphere of the main building and grounds of Cap Corniche is space. The First Floor Studette with click-clack Sofa Bed and Ground Floor Studette with Single Bed+Pull Out Futon,are just small comfortable studios- each with Cupboard Kitchen,Shower Room (with Basin, Shelves+W.C) These Well Equipped Studettes do not have a private sea view or personal terrace. This little Studio with shower room is ideal for one / two average sized people (close friends or family). Although small it is well equipped to meet most people's needs. Access to tennis courts, indoor table tennis and resident's swimming pool with panoramic terrace. There is a single bed with an extra futon (if needed) * DVD player with screen + Radio with CD. May be rented with or without the first floor Studette which has a double (clic-clac) sofa bed,TV with DVD,Radio/Cd + Private Parking. Both are Low Priced with towels and sheets included. Residence Cap Corniche is secure with resident's private access to it's grounds + Security Gates opening onto a a seaside path in the direction of Sete ,nearby Sandy Beaches ,or farther to the right - The 12 klm Lido ! The Old Fishing Port of Sete with it's lively Canals , restaurants , bars, cafe's, fresh fish stalls, museums , art galleries,antique markets,large weekly markets + sportive and musical events is lively all year round .
