There is a large open plan, double height living room, with a traditional Turkish chimney. The living room has two large sofas, one of which is also a double sofa bed, coffee table, a number of easy chairs, satellite TV ( including some English language channels) and a DVD player. It opens straight onto the patio leading out to the swimming pool. The open plan kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of fitted cupboards and kitchen equipment, a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer and an electric oven with gas hob which runs off bottled gas. The kitchen table seats six people if you want to eat inside. The kitchen opens directly onto the patio and swimming pool area, where there is a large table and comfortable chairs for all fresco dining.
Surrounding the swimming pool area are a number of comfortable sun loungers with cushions, sun umbrellas and shower. The villa has a large garden with fruit trees and small vegetable garden which you can use them.

Fethiye is also a busy and bustling market town and apart from tourism, its most important product is tomatoes and other fruit and vegetables. There are large and colorful markets in Fethiye on Tuesday and Friday, where village people come down from the mountains to sell their fruit and vegetables as well as a variety of handicrafts, clothes and leather goods. Fethiye yacht harbor is located inside the Fethiye bay.
The earliest remains in Kayakoy belong to the Lycian city of Karymlassos, and Kaya koy was established on this ancient site in the 11th century according to some sources, and the 14th century according to others. The town was known as Levissi.
