Budens holiday cottage: Barao Sao Miguel

After a great deal of reading up and looking around i found the details of this cottage and boy was it great!

My husband and I wanted a weekend away without the children, so we took 6 days at this wonderfull cottage. The owners were fabulous, they are english and knew all the best places to go, one of the things that we really loved was the fact that it was not a tourist hot spot so we had some really wonderfull romantic days / nights!

The Welcome pack when we arrived was just what we needed, the owners certainly have thought of everything and have finished the cottage to such a high standered, it was fully equiped with everything you would find at home, including the lastest cookbook, music for your i-pod, heated floors, an endless suply of towels, i could go on and on.

The beaches were unspoilt with breathtaking views: we walked for miles. The restaurants served the most amazing Pri-Pri and the fish rice which we had several times on the beach front!

We fully intend to take the children there, they would love everything about the cottage and that area of portugal, the property was very clean and a high level of care was taken by the owners to ensure we had everything we needed i would recommend this to anyone as it was a perfect holiday.
