Rural villa situated 4 km from the beach in the outskirts of Pollensa. This large spacious villa is situated in the residential area of La Font, conveniently close to the road into Puerto Pollensa. Spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels. Open and covered terraces, barbecue, sauna and jacuzzi. Ground floor: Lounge/Dining room with fire place and doors to front terrace, which extends the whole length of the villa. Kitchen with door to terrace, 1 twin bedroom with adjacent shower room. First floor: 2 twin bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, two of these bedrooms have doors to side terrace, 2 bathrooms. Next to the pool and jacuzzi there is another bathroom and sauna. Villa is located less than a kilometer to town centre. Nice 10 minutes walk from villa to Pollensa town.
