Photos and Description of this Antibes holiday apartment Light, spacious apartment, can sleep 4, within walking distance of the beach.

A modern, bright and spacious, 3rd floor apartment with a splendid, panoramic sea view and magnificent sunsets. It faces South over a beautiful landscaped garden with swimming pool. It has a large living/dining room (22m2) with mirrored walls, large dining table, sofa and a double sofa-bed. The bedroom has a double bed, air-conditioning and spacious fitted cupboards. There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has an independent WC, and an independent bathroom with bath and shower. The bedroom, kitchen and living room access a large, South-facing terrace (16m2) with tables and chairs. The apartment is in a secure, calm property with reserved parking space. There are tennis courts and a there is a bus service to central Antibes / Juan-les-Pins conveniently located just outside. Central Antibes and Juan-les-Pins are both about 2km away. The apartment is within walking distance of beaches, shops and a post office and is also about a 15 minutes drive from Nice airport.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 20% is required at booking and the total, outstanding amount is required four weeks before the arrival date. A refundable security deposit of £250 or equivalent in EURO should also be paid with the outstanding rental amount. Any breakages or damages will be deducted from this amount including a cleaning fee of £40 or equivalent in EURO if the apartment is left in a bad condition.
  • The minimum rental period is one week. Normally, the changeover day is Saturday but this can be changed. Departing guests must leave before 12:00 leaving the keys in the letterbox marked 'Bastone' in the lobby on the ground floor.
    Arriving guests should not arrive before 14:00.
    Arriving guests will be met by the owner to receive the keys and information about the apartment, security, local information etc.

    A folder including 'useful information' can be found in the apartment.
    Arriving and departing guests should inform us of their arrival and departure times so that they can be welcomed.
  • A transfer service to and from Nice airport is possible upon request.

Great view and large swimming pool

I can recommend this apartment to couples as well as families. I stayed there with my boyfriend for a week in July 2009 and we were very satisfied. Tha apt is very spacious, modern, fully equiped and clean. The terass is large and overlooking a beautiful garden with a big pool and tennis courts and one can see the sea in the distance. We enjoyed all our meals on the terass. A car is recommendable.
