Local amenities can be reached within a 5 minute drive and the sandy beaches of Castelo and Gale within a 10 minute drive. Set on one level this property features a private pool surrounded by a spacious sun terrace complete with sun loungers and a built in barbecue which is ideal for those al fresco meals.

Praia da Gale, for example, is very popular for windsurfing and scuba diving, this is one of the finest beaches in the district of Vale de Parra, others such as Castelo, S. Rafael can be reached just a 5 minute drive. The popular Guia with its many 'chicken piri-piri 'restaurants can be reached just a 10 minute drive.
