Apartment located in a very calm yet one of the loveliest and liveliest parts of the Left Bank. 1 room with double sofa bed. 1 dinning/living room with 1 double sofa bed, 1 mezzanine with a thick and comfortable mattress for 2, kitchen fully equiped with dishwasher, washing machine, micro wave. Bathroom with combination bathtub/shower and WC. You are in the Latin Quarter. Notre Dame Cathedral, Jardin du Luxembourg, Panthéon are at a footstep’s distance, nearby colourful open market, the river Seine for romantic walks and amazing boat excursions. The Louvre Museum and the Marais are about 10 minutes by foot. Well-situated for metro and bus transportation, even one of the best taxi stands in Paris within quick walking distance! Supermarket right beside the building.

The apartment was perfect for us- 2 daughters in their thirties and their 2 mums in their late sixties. It was very clean, quiet and well equipped, and the renovation was stylish and in good taste. There is a supermarket nearby which will meet your every need. The owners were very accomodating and helpful, replying to queries promptly and were very helful about our arrival and departure times. We walked everywhere, exploring all the delights of the Latin quarter and all the central main sites of Paris. The flat is surrounded by cafes and restaurants,- do go to the Sobrenaturel restaurant just round the corner- wonderful French cooking, family owned and with a fascinating decor. And visit the amazing
Mosque nearby, the market and the food shops at the bottom of the hill. For a flat so near Notre Dame, It is amazingly good value and much better value than a hotel. We will go again and tell our friends about it. The description on the website was just as it appeared in reality. A terrific place to explore the centre of Paris and we walked to it in 12 minutes from the metro station St Michel-Notre Dame.where we arrived after a direct RER train from Charles de Gaulle airport .

We were spending a few days in Paris on our way home from a trip and found this apartment the perfect place for us to stay. In an excellent location, just minutes walk away from many major attractions, with all amenities that we required. Would definitely stay here again if I could!

We are a group of four friends who were looking for a central location from which to explore Paris. We couldn't have hoped for more. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the Louvre and Notre Dame and with many restaurants and bars also within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. After arriving at Beauvais and taking the Metro into the city we located the apartment easily following the instructions e/mailed to us. Possibly best described as shabby chic we loved the apartment and the location really made it extra special.We especially enjoyed our visit to Cafe de Flor in nearby Boulevard Saint Germain. Delicious house cocktail, expensive but worth it! The bars opposite the apartment are open until very late and everyone was friendly and welcoming.
We found the Metro easy to use to get around and would highly recommend a boat trip on the Seine, beautiful sights all around and a friendly and knowledgeable guide. Personally we wouldn't recommend a visit to the Eiffel Tower unless you intend to go to the top. Only our opinion but better viewed from afar. The visit to the Louvre in contrast was amazing.We were really fortunate as during our stay at the end of April the weather was warm and sunny. We walked for miles!
I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment. Beware however, the narrow stairs at the entrance are quite tricky, we loved it though and if we visit Paris again would have no hesitation in booking this apartment.
