Our stylishly designed and fully air-conditioned penthouse apartment (75 m²) overlooks a large landscaped swimming pool for relaxing days. It has 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms & a luxury kitchen with breakfast bar extending to a light, airy open plan living space (with a 40' LCD television) leading to a large private terrace (45 m²) perfect for sunbathing and eating al fresco. We offer you stunning panoramic views over the ocean, the mountains and the island of La Gomera. After a very short drive (just five minutes) you can reach the beaches of Fanabe, Playa de Las Americas and Los Christianos or the outstanding beach of Playa del Duque. A very nice new shopping center (Tenerife Sur) with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and a large supermarket is just 3 minutes away. Only fifteen minutes drive from the international airport Tenerife Sur / Reina Sofia (TFS). We recommend car hire.

'Roque del Conde', Costa Adeje is located in South Tenerife. Our apartment complex (build year 2005) is set back from the coast on a South-facing hillside with stunning mountains as a background. Only 100 yards for internet access, a small supermarket and a nice Italian restaurant, two minutes drive from a large supermarket and shopping centre with free WiFi, five minutes drive from all major locations of the south coast and only fifteen minutes drive from the airport.

Additional information about rental rates

  • There is NO seasonal fluctuation in our rental rates, except period 11.12.2010 - 10.01.2011.
    A security deposit of 200 Euro is retained and refunded within 7 days of returning home subject to any damages, after inspection of the apartment.
    The booking deposit is 200 Euro and payment must be made within 7 days of receipt of a booking form, otherwise we cannot reserve the dates. Payment of the balance must be made at last 8 weeks before arrival.
    Cancellation: 50% of the paid booking deposit will be given back up to 8 weeks prior to departure. In case of cancellation within 8 weeks prior to departure, the paid booking deposit will not be refunded.
  • No responsibility is accepted for loss, accident or injury personal or otherwise suffered by anyone whilst staying at the apartment or using its facilities. It is recommended that adequate travel insurance is taken by all persons staying.
  • Rental rate includes linen, towels and cleaning of the apartment after returning home. For holidays longer than 1 week it is also possible to have a linen & towel change at 8 Euro/person and an extra cleaning at 25 Euro.

Would have no hesistation in recommending this apartment to anyone wishing to sample quality accomodation in Tenerife
Costa Adeje is a lovely resort away from the hustle and bustle of the Americas area
Only downside is the hill leading up to the property which is very steep, no problem going down and Taxis cost approx 3.5 Euros from anywhere in Adeje area so cheap to return

Pizza restaurant just around the top bend is ideal for a meal for a first night meal on arrival

Would love to stay again when next in Tenerife

Very good apartment nice and clean with a big terrace and a nice view. The pool was super! The route-description was perfect, very easy to find. When we misted our flight back home, the service was great. We would certainly recommend this apartment. Also LORO PARK was ver good. There were lots of thing to do. Thank you for the great 10+2 days in tenerife!

I stayed at this penthouse with 3 friends in April 2009. We were all absolutely thrilled with the standard, cleanlines, local amenities and accuracy of the description. The location is perfect, 5 mins to the beach, nightlife and shopping centre we couldn' t have wished for a more perfect place to stay. We booked last minute and the owner was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful indeed, thankyou. The apartment is stunning with a beautiful view I really couldn't recommend it enough!! I definately will be returning again!!
