Moraira, situated on the Costa Blanca, is easily accessible from Alicante or Valencia airports. Numerous sporting activities are available along the coast which has excellent 'blue-flag' beaches and smaller coves. The theme parks of Benidorm (including Mundomar with dolphins) are within 35 mins. drive. For 'Shopaholics' the new Ondara shopping mall, including a cinema and bowling alley, is within easy reach and frequent markets are held along the coast. To see more spectacular views of the coast at a more leisurely pace you may wish to take the little local train along the pretty coastal route to Alicante. For the more energetic, and within an hours' drive, enjoy swimming in the waterfalls of Algar (lit up at night) or visit the mountain village of Guadalest famous for lace making and admire the breathtaking views over the Amadoro dam. For those wishing to venture further afield, a short drive to Denia connects you with the ferry to the Balaeric Islands.

  • Deposit of 25% when confirming booking, the final payment is due 8 weeks before departure. If your arrival date is 8 weeks or less away, then we will ask for payment in full when booking.
    A security deposit of £100 is required to cover loss, damage or cancellation (refundable at the end of your stay if not applicable). The security deposit to be paid with final payment 8 weeks prior to rental.
    All payments to be made into owners nominated bank account (advised at point of bookling).
    Shorter bookings may be possible during off-peak season by negotiation with the owners.
    Mains water and electricity included in the price.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all members of your holiday party are covered by your own travel insurance, for medical and lost article expenses.
  • Keys will be ready for your arrival.
    A small final clean charge will be required of £35 for 2-bedroom rental: £25 for one-bedroom rental.

This private apartment is set in a fantastic position in a tranquil setting with no 'high rise' blocks, away from the crowds yet offering something for everyone. It is an excellent area for walkers or for touring or simply relaxing on one of the many beaches along the coast. A comprehensive list of activities is available in the apartment and assistance is always on hand from the owners on request. At the end of the day enjoy an 'alfresco' meal and a glass of wine in the gardens and feel good in MORAIRA where a warm welcome awaits.

Subject to availability It is possible to book this apartment as 1-BEDROOM accommodation as we are able to shut off the second en-suite twin-bedded room. If the second bedroom is not required then a reduction of 12.5%will be made and the final clean charge will be reduced from £35 to £25.

The villa is perched on a hill top overlooking the town of Moraira and the sea. The pool area which has all day sunshine also enjoys the same view. The apartment catered for all our needs, was clean and well furnished.Jeanne and Roger the owners made us very welcome, we were sorry to leave. If you prefer some days to be adventurous both beautiful coastal and mountainous drives are within minutes of the villa. Would recommend a good steak restaurant 'EL RIU' on the road to Guadalest with portions not for the feint hearted.
We enjoyed this accommodation. Would we go again? You bet we would.
Owner's Response: Having David and Marjorie stay with us was a real pleasure. They were the perfect guests and we parted as good friends. Hopefully they will visit us again at some point in the future . The EL RIU is indeed a lovely restaurant where we enjoyed a meal together on their last day.

Fantastic Apartment

I would highly recommend this holiday apartment. The property is very clean and very well maintained and nicely appointed and the owners really went out of their way to look after us all throughout our stay. The views are wonderful, both of the mountains and the sea and we really enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning with our croissants and pastries which we had walked down to collect from the patisserie just a very short walk from the apartment. Also in the very close vicinity are restaurants, a bar and a supermarket.

We all really enjoyed the pool and it was a really nice touch to have DVD's , books , games and Videos to enjoy too.

The local beaches on particular El Portet are lovely and Moraira town itself has lots to offer and many restaurants and bars to choose from, The market on a Friday is great fun. There are also many local attractions to experience.

I would definitely recommend this property to friends and we plan to return next year!

Two weeks in August with Jeanne and Roger always on hand if needed to help with excellent advice of the locality.
Spotlessly clean with a welcome fridge of food and milk, beer on arrival.
Supermarket, bars and two restaurants just 2 minutes walk away though car needed if you want to get to Moraira (or taxi). Just a bit far to stroll.
Would definitely recommend this to other families. Area is lovely, not high rise with local train 5 minutes drive away to north or south coastal towns. Thanks very much.

All brand new and of top quality

We stayed in this property for a week in March 09 and found it to be all we could ever hope for.
The finishing and the furnishings are top quality and the layout of the accommodation is very well organised.
The apartment is pristine and spotlessly clean.
Within easy distance of some local shops and bars.
The owners, who live upstairs, were helpful and friendly. They have thought of everything that could be needed for the holidaymaker.
Owner's Response: These were our first visitors to our newly-constructed 2-bed apartment and we are pleased it was such a success for all concerned. Hopefully we can look forward to welcoming them again for future holidays.
