The property is ideally located in a quiet area yet close enough to Algarve shopping (with a huge selection of shops & restaurants), Water theme parks (a great day´s outing for the whole family), Albufeira (with it´s huge selection of restuarants,cafes, bars and vibrant nightlife) and the stunning beaches of Gale. For the golfers there is SlagadosGolf course (close by) which isone of the most challenging course in the Algarve. This property is ideal for family or friends who want to get away from it all and who enjoy the peaceful surroundings with their own pool and manicured garden. In the evenings the bustling nightlife of Albufeira awaits or why not try one of the many good restaurants in the Guia / Gale area. The village of Guia is famous for it´s peri peri Chicken - a must!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Conditions
    Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges.
    Clients must provide their own beach towels.
    Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 18 € and 10 € per week, you must ask for them before arriving.
    Your accommodation is reserved from 5.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 12.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals
  • Apartments and villas are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.
    The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.
    Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.
  • Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:
    -Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be in writing
    Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows:
    Up to 9 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit
    7 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost
    5 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost
    4 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of total cost
    An administration fee will be charged on all refunds

    A refundable damage deposit of 200 €, is payable in cash upon your arrival. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return provided there is no damage to the property.

The beaches of Gale are stunning with long stretches of pearly white sand. After a long day in the sun enjoy the comfort of any of the local beach restuarants where you can sip your favourite sundowner whilst watching the sunset..The local water parks provide a great day´s entertainment for the whole family. Not far is the Algarve shopping which is open until late at night and where you can shop or watch a movie.

Golf: For golfers there is the famous Salgados course (nearby) which is one of the most challenging courses in the Algarve. Within a short drive there is a selection of top class courses from which to choose.
