This “As New” 1st floor apartment is offered in an enviable position next to the communal pool and has beautiful panoramic views to the sea from the roof top solarium. Most suitable for families or couples for that romantic escape. Or even the golfers who have the choice of 3 great golf courses close by !! Playa Flamenca is a beautiful area and access to all the usual holiday facilities couldn’t be easier. Blue flag beaches (15 min walk), 3 golf courses (10-20 min drive), tennis, water sports, Aqua Park and go carting are all close. There is also a great Sunday market for picking up those bargains! Quick motorway access lets you visit the local towns of Murcia, Torrevieja (10 min) with street entertainment, shops, bars and restaurants or Alicante (45 min). If you dont want the hassel of a rented car then Airport pick-ups can be arranged from Alicante and Murcia for around 50 euro. Please Ask at time of booking.

There are great attractions around the area. Good beaches, shopping, bars and inland there is the real Spain to be found in the rural areas which are no more than a 30 min car ride away. How about a San Miguel in the Town of San Miguel? Playa Flamenca hosts a Spanish market (10 minutes walk away) every Saturday morning, where you can buy just about anything. Our nearest beach is only 10-15 minutes walk, which is Punta Prima beach, there are other beaches near by which include, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, and Cabo Roig.Playa Flamenca/Punta Prima is situated , approximately 1-1/2 hour drive South from Benidorm, Alicante Airport is 40minutes , and Murcia airport, is only 20 minutes away Torrevieja is 3 miles north and is surrounded by two large natural saltwater lagoons, which form the well-known “Salterns of Torrevieja”. In a recent study Torrevieja was acclaimed with the title of being the healthiest place in the world to live.

  • Please note there is a 50 Euro charge for cleaning and laundry. This is NOT included in the rental rate but paid locally on arrival to key holder. Booking dates can be flexible when possible. A £100 non refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking and the balance to be paid 4 weeks before departure. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels. There is also a £100 key/security payment payable with final balance which is refunded in full on your return and subject to there being no damage/loses reported .Short stays welcome and reductions given for long term lets. Payment can be in Euro or Pounds at current exchange rates.
