Refurbished in January 2009 to a high standard the apartment benefits from two South facing balcony's which overlook the beach and Puerto Colon marina. The apartment can sleep up to five people and is ideal for families. The modern fully equipped open plan kitchen has granite worktops, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dining area, all the quality and home comforts you could need. The lounge has a leather sofa bed, tv. dvd player and leads to one of the tiled balcony's where there is a table and chairs so you can sunbathe or just relax and enjoy the sunset in the evening. The bedroom has 2 single beds and a fold away bed, there is a large storage/wardrobe area, drawers and tv. The patio doors lead to the second balcony where there is two full size sunbeds.
