"Apartment is really marvelous, all is comfortable, perfect and clean; you find here everything, what you need.Owners are very kind and they were very warm and friendly all the time. House is close to the long sandy beach . This was the most beautiful week in Sicily and I hope we return in Balestrate."This is a first class accomodation with large and spatial terrace (almost 100m2, partially covered with own kitchen and fridge)

Thanks big to owners of a country house of "Eric"! We had a rest on this country house from 14.06.09 till on the second floor and from 17.06.09 till on a ground floor. The country house is in ecological area, nearby is located ???????????? reserve (???????? it is very useful to people with diseases of respiratory ways). The house very convenient and comfortable! The photos of a country house placed on a site do not transfer real conveniences and taste with which the house is arranged and equipped. We have received a sheer pleasure from the spent rest. You can reach the sea for 4 minutes. In the morning and sing birds in the evening. At local restaurants, you can eat very tasty and fresh seafood. Owners of the house remarkable people, are very hospitable and kind, are always ready to help and answer any requirements having a rest!
We did not wish to write about some inconveniences which to us have made family Blundell which lived on the top floor, but having read their response on this site, we wish to answer. They were with small children and in the mornings behaved not correctly. There were they early (in 6-7 o'clock in the morning) ran and shouted as the whole soccer team!!! Having read their response we have understood that these people like to say lies. We really suited a holiday in honour of birthday of one visitor. We invited the musician who has left at 12 o'clock in the morning, instead of in 5 o'clock in the morning as mister Blundell has written. Well let it pass.
Friends, come to have a rest on this country house! You receive a true pleasure! (Look a photo)

The accommodation:
1. Does not have air conditioning other than in the kitchen area, but this does not work,
2. Late night parties attended by owners and many others continued until 5am in the morning with singing and musicical instruments playing.
3. The layout and pictures provided are misleading, there is another floor of accommdation which is let out and not advertised.
4. As described on the website children friendly, this is not the case.
We would not recommend this property for any holiday other than all night partying.
