This new 1 bed apartment has been finished to the highest quality. This apartment is on the first floor and is furnished in a modern design. The living/dining has large patio doors leading out to the furnished balcony which looks over the pool area and the ocean. There is a separate double bedroom which is tastfully decorated and has double bed and double wardrobe. The bathroom is well appointed and is fully tiled with separate wc. Outside there are 2 superb swimming pool areas within landscaped garden areas. This apartment will be suitable for 2 persons or a family with 1 or 2 children. There is a stoney beach just across the road with beach cafes and views towards Nice. A short stroll will bring you to the nearby Marina. Here there are lots of cafes and restaurants and shopping including a small supermarket. The Cap 3000 shopping centre is also very close and has lots of shops, supermarkets and well known department store Galleries Lafayette. Airconditioning. Highly Recommended

This apartment is located at le Baie des Anges at Villeneuve Loubet and close to Cagne sur Mer. The lovely Marina is just down the road with lots of restaurants and cafes. There is a stony beach just across the road with views towards Nice. The old town of Antibes is close by. The nearby mountain village of Les Hautes de Cagne is about 10 minutes away and not to be missed. There are good bus and train services all along the coast. How about a trip into the Old Town of Nice where you cannot miss out on the colourful flower market. Travel further up the coast and visit majestic Monaco and Monte Carlo. A train trip to the infamous massive market of Ventimillia just over the border of Italy is great fun. Dress yourself up for a visit to glamorous Cannes and maybe spot a 'film star' or two. A 20 minute drive will take you up to the unforgettable medieval village of St Paul de Vence. Or how about spending another day in the beautiful town of St Tropez an hour's drive away?

Beaches: There is a stoney beach just across the road from the apartment. Nearby Cagne sur mer has a long promenade which is terrific for a good walk. There is also plenty of seating all along this promenade. Beaches are stony going towards Italy and are sandy from Antibes towards St Tropez. Nice has a stoney beach. Generally the stony beaches have facilities with sun loungers. Cannes has a good sandy beach.

Bus and Train Services: There is a train station within a short distance from the apartment at Biot. There are excellent services all along the coast in both directions. The bus service is just outside the apartment complex. The service is excellent, cheap and goes to all tourist locations.
