Thank you for the interest on my luxury holiday rental home. The home was built in 2007 and everything in it including all furniture and linens and sheets and dinnerware is all new. The home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms . The home is located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale beach. There are ocean views from the upstairs terrace, second bedroom balcony and front of house. Fort Lauderdale beach is approximately 30 meters for the home and Las Olas is approximately 1 mile. The location is the best in Fort Lauderdale as you have the beach and the city within walking distance. The interior of the home is truly magnificent. The home is approximately 5000 square feet with all marble and wood flooring. The decor is fabulous. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and bathroom with jacuzzi. The back of the house has a private heated pool and patio furniture with chairs, chase lounges and umbrella. The upper terrace has the most amazing view of Fort Lauderdale's bright blue ocean.

Our family of 4 stayed at this georgous house for a week. We were so impressed how well-kept and clean everything was - made us feel we were the 1st to stay there! We enjoyed the private heated pool and walk across the street to the ocean. This home has every luxury ammeninity you'd miss from your own home, and located perfectly to shopping, dining and night life. The owner is great to work with and we will stay here again but next time - definately longer!

My husband , myself and my 4 daughters ages 17-21 spent a glorious week in this home. It is spacious, clean and beautiful. The kitchen is a gourmets dream, the kids loved the media room. The beds were so comfortable. The beach was just steps away.Lots of bathrooms. We could lounge on one of 2 balconies or by the pool. We would definitely recommend this home. The owner was friendly and helpful. The girls felt like princesses and we could relax with all the amenities we needed at our finger tips.
